FAITH IS EVERYTHING

We live in this world by the aid of faith. Trusting in something or someone without knowing what the next moment holds. Faith is not about what we can see but about confidence in the unseen.

In life, we place our trust in things beyond our understanding. In spiritual matters, faith is believing in what is not yet visible, holding onto God’s promises for the future.

Hebrews 11:1 declares, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." For today’s generation, this verse serves as a reminder that faith goes beyond the visible. It challenges us to trust in God’s plan even when we don’t see immediate results.

Consider planting a seed. Though we cannot see the process underground, we trust that in time it will sprout. Faith works the same way—we may not see the full picture, but we have confidence that God is at work. We believe in His grace and power to fulfill His promises.

Psalm 118:8-9 states, “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man; It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.” Trusting in God surpasses all human reliance.

We may not always receive what we desire, but if we trust in the Lord, He will bless us beyond our expectations. His power is limitless. Even in difficult and disappointing times, faith in God can make the impossible happen.

Take Abraham, the father of believers. Romans 4:3 says, "Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness." Even when all hope seemed lost—when he and Sarah were beyond childbearing years—he held onto faith. He did not waver but grew stronger, giving glory to God.

John 20:24 records Jesus saying to Thomas, "Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." How much more blessed are we today! We may not see Him physically, but through faith, we witness Him with our inner eyes.

Luke 18:27 reminds us, “What is impossible with men is possible with God.” No challenge, struggle, or dream is beyond God’s reach. In a world filled with stress and self-doubt, this verse calls us to trust in Him. God turns impossibilities into possibilities when we place our faith in Him.

Let us echo the prayer of the disciples: “Lord, increase our faith.” May we walk each day with unwavering trust in God.

May His name be praised!
